The Power of Meditation!

Bliss is mental, physical and spiritual happiness... And deep consciousness feels familiar, it's you, but a “fuller” you, a more balanced you.

It feels beautiful.

Sit down, in a quiet place. Choose a place in your home where you can create a space for silence. Be comfortable, but don’t slouch. Then just be quiet for 10, 15 minutes... If your mind is always looking for thoughts, simply say to yourself: thank you for remembering that but right now is quiet time. Let your own silence flow...

Sometimes it’s good to have some music or relaxing sounds for a certain amount of time. At least that way you know if 15 or 20 minutes have passed.

Focus on your breath. You can add a mantra: So (in breath) Ham (out breath), but there are many others, for example: Let Go (in breath) and Flow (out breath)
