First lesson... howling!

"A dominant wolf stands stiff legged and tall. The ears are erect and forward, and the hackles bristle slightly. Often the tail is held vertical and curled toward the back. This display shows the wolf's rank to all others in the pack. A dominant wolf may stare penetratingly at a submissive one, pin it to the ground, "ride up" on its shoulders, or even stand on its hind legs."

"A playful wolf holds its tail high and wags it. The wolf may frolic and dance around, or bow by placing the front of its body down to the ground, while holding the rear high, sometimes wagged. This is reminiscent of the playful behavior demonstrated by domestic dogs.

Shaun Ellis is an English animal researcher who is notable for living among wolves, and for adopting a pack of abandoned North American timber wolf cubs. He is the founder of Wolf Pack Management and is involved in a number of research projects in Poland and at Yellowstone National Park in the United States

on Unhappiness...

"Much would be acomplished if we changed neurotic misery into common unhappiness" - Sigmund Freud

on HAPPINESS...

Fear is the product of a negative imagination...

Make your own Life meaning, instead of searching for it...

your soul is a state of unconditional love.

I've been listenning, reading, asking about intuition, selfnessness and it doesn't sound hard to achieve that peaceful mind set, but we've become such addicts in money, Tv, entertainement, that even feeling sick inside, and actually getting physically sick, doesn't stop us from feeding our addictions, and continue in lazyness.
If you suffer from low self-esteem, stop thinking so much about yourself; try helping somebody else self-esteem...
Reject sadness, reject now...

Work hard for your happiness, just as you work hard on your job, in your relationship. Work hard to make yourself happy.

"Song for you" Alexi Murdoch

So today I wrote a song for you
Cause a day can get so long
And I know its hard to make it through
When you say there's something wrong

So Im trying to put it right
Cause I want to love you with my heart
All this trying has made me tight
And I dont know even where to start

Maybe that's a start

Cause you know its a simple game
That you play filling up your head with rain
And you know you are hiding from your pain
In the way, in the way you say your name

And I see you
Hiding your face in your hands
Flying so you wont land
You think no one understands
No one understands

So you hunch your shoulders and you shake your head
And your throat is aching but you swear
No one hurts you, nothing could be sad
Anyway you're not here enough to care

And you're so tired you dont sleep at night
As your heart is trying to mend
You keep it quiet but you think you might
Disappear before the end

And its strange that you cannot find
Any strength to even try
To find a voice to speak your mind
When you do, all you wanna do is cry

Well maybe you should cry

And I see you hiding your face in your hands
Talking about far-away lands
You think no one understands
Listen to my hands

And all of this life
Moves around you
For all that you claim
You're standing still
You are moving too
You are moving too
You are moving too
I will move you

Rise - Eddie Vedder

Such is the way of the world
You can never know
Just where to put all your faith
And how will it grow

Gonna rise up
Burning back holes in dark memories
Gonna rise up
Turning mistakes into gold

Such is the passage of time
Too fast to fold
And suddenly swallowed by signs
Low and behold

Gonna rise up
Find my direction magnetically
Gonna rise up
Throw down my ace in the hole

"Goleshovo" by Ilian Metev - 34"

A tiny woman with a wrinkled face and modest blue eyes, speaks to the camera, as if if talking with an old friend. She says: "Once I got out of Goleshovo, I was a little girl and my mother took me on her travel to the closest towns. I thought there was nothing else besides Goleshovo. But then I saw Petrono, and went to Gabrovo and I was astonished seeing so many different people. When I got home that day, I wouldn't shut up, I was so excited with all I had seen! My mother laugh. I didn't sleep at all that night... and now I wonder, in nowadays people travel all over the world, how do they fit all of that in their heads??? It's so much... It really good to be with
cultured people. I only know this place where I've been for 83 years"

Carpe diem...

Everyday is a new chance to get it right this time... so carpe diem
Let's appreciate what the tide brings to us

There are so many roads to explore, so many ways life can/will surprise us

How to be prepared?

I'm figuring it out, painfully slowly, but strongly within myself.

Be grateful (many times a day)
Be kind (don't cause hurt)
Don't lie, steal, kill
Don't covet (let others live their life's)
Don't think you're immune to any laws (moral; spiritual; whatever you heard people calling)
Take care of yourself (mentally and physically)

Last, but not least: expect to work hard to fulfill your dreams

Suspiro (sigh)

... i gotta find peace of mind.

Step ONE: sigh, the deeper the better; then say, oh well, I did my best (it wasn't good enough and i ended up messing my whole life, but oh well...)

Step TWO: I accept who I am, my mistakes, and I declare war to all my fears.

Step THREE: Start walking and picking up your mess. Begin again.

Retorno à Primavera

NÃO SAIBAS: IMAGINA...
Miguel Torga

Deixa falar o mestre, e devaneia...

Asas? Não são precisas:
Vais ao colo das brisas,
Aias da fantasia...
