Cultivate your Intuition...

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important have the courage to follow your own heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.”

— Steve Jobs

How can you follow your Heart?

Kick away fear and vain desires (the ones that won't bring any positvity to you, just "weight" in your consciousness)

Intuition presents itself independent of our anxiety and anticipation. So try hard to in the present moment. Right Here, right Now. Be present. Be aware. Use your senses. Quiet the mind so you can hear, smell, taste and feel where you are.

Meditate. Take time off to sit quietly somewhere. Focus on your breath. Focus on goos feelings. Empty your body. Leave the ego behind. Let your spirit flood you with joyful energy.

When you’re in doubt, notice how you feel towards your options. If its feeling heavy and somber, maybe you should go that way. If it feel acute and light, than most probably you’re going the right way.

Trust your intuition. If for no reason you think of something you should do or take, do it, take it with you. Trust you inner voice.

Dance, exercise, sing, clean your spirit of bad vibes. Detox your spirit with pleasant things. Take a walk, listen to music. As you clean your body, clean your soul.

Gratitude. Feel Gratitude, because everyday is another chance you get to do it right. To learn. Be happy with what you already have, and feel grateful for all the possibilities ahead.

Of course, I get your level on the TEF difference among these two amounts.

But, is not a 45% protein consumption what you recommend?
Therefore, it's not just for illustration, but is the intake folks need to have for better body fat loss.
I concur that protein intakes increased than the SAD (15%) are very good for losing wt and keeping it off. But, again, I'm curious on the way you settled on 45% protein?
Why not recommend 60% as this would potentially elicit a 400% increase in TEF
relative to the SAD consumption and possibly reduce appetite even much more?
Also, why not use a particular g/kg/day consumption recommendation instead of the % of energy.

According to Layman and others, the strategy depending on
size (total BW or lean tissue) is almost certainly the better approach to
keep the proper intakes when you'll find hypocaloric intakes.
