Do you carry with you the things that annoyed you, that are judgemental, that are negative? Like, when you meet a friend the first thing you tell them is how upset you are because of this or that, or when you're just driving, or waiting or watching TV, do you cling to the bad stuff that happend on your day? If you do, then you're a shit collector. You collect shit and walk around with it whatever you go... Hum, think about it... Maybe you need some cleaning in your head to start carrying more positive and nice things.
