math problem
Suppose you're on a game show, and you're given the choice of three doors. Behind one door is a car, behind the others, goats. You pick a door, say #1, and the host, who knows what's behind the doors, opens another door, say #3, which has a goat. He says to you, "Do you want to pick door #2?" Is it to your advantage to switch your choice of doors?
...
The answer: yes you should switch. The first door has a 1/3 chance of winning, but the second door has a 2/3 chance. If you change 2 times out of 3 you get a car.

EXPECT GOOD THINGS (mantra)
Some feelings are just too overwhelming. I'm trying to be just an outside observer but sometimes your heart feels so tight that the pain is in everything you do or say. Hey, but I'm still trying to be positive and not complain, and I'm saying to myself, expect good things to happen...

Cypher Vision
I have come to notice that my evolution works a bit like a spiral. Once in a while I give a bigger step, pushing my limits a little bit wider. That occurs with a certain charge of energy that comes either from some important change in my life, or maybe from a reaction to something truly inspiring. Watching this movie, I go "ahhh, wooooowww" and it inspires me to focus on 1, 2, or 3 things, the most. I really need to push my limits further away! (please watch it full screen)

40 DAYS Challenge...
Dear friends, thank you for being there, and for all the great moments we’ve shared. I’m going to need your help for a challenge I’ve assigned myself to.
During 40 days, I’m not allowed to do any of the following things, and if I fail one day, I’ll have to start all over again. I know I can do this, but I need you to keep me on track. You’ll be my CSI’s. Thank you!
For 40 days:
1. I will not complain
2. I’ll find positive answers and feelings
3. Everyday I’ll think of 3 good things
4. Feel gratitude
5. Take care of my body (eat well, slowly and exercise at least 3x a week)
6. I’ll be attentive to my fears and will not let them control my life
7. I will live in the Present, cherish the Past and expect good things from the Future
You see, we need to slow down. We need to decide what is important. Enjoy life. Go outside, and appreciate nature. Keep yourself sane. Avoid Multi-Tasking (it’s less efficient). Breath, focus on your breath. Start being optimistic (start acting as if you’re happy). Follow your gut (Without intuition, you're no different than a computer. You only make decisions based on facts, and you don't always have all the facts). Make enough money to cover your basic needs (Once you make enough money to support your basic needs, your happiness is not significantly affected by how much money you make, but by your level of optimism). Stay close to your family and friends, tell them you love them.
Happy people are not happy all the time. Everyone has times when they feel sad, frustrated, guilty, angry and so on. Happy people are just better at bouncing back to a state of contentedness. We may all feel negative at some moment in our lives, but try to bounce back and live in the moment, and be content with everything you do.

Take the plunge
Take a deep, deep breath and hold it...
hold it...
hold it a little longer
hold it just a bit more...
now exhale.

You see, that oxigen that you need it so much, and that you breathed in, if you hold it for too long, it no longer serves you. And so it is with the things that belong to the past. Whatever is that no longer serves you a purpose, let it go. Let go of the past and be happy with the uncertainty. Embrace new lessons. Open your heart to your destiny.

Fear is a breathless state...
Remember to breath.
Don't take things personally. If someone is upset they have their own reasons to feel that way.
Have a receptive heart and sing, dance, play, and especially trust,
trust in yourself. Expect good things to happen.

She watches him seated on the other side of the room. His face, his hands, what life is lived through those eyes? You can't recognize a stranger and still, what is this feeling? Are we meeting just now? Are we saying hello? Are our souls whispering, connecting through unfelt touches? I have no memories of this moment, and yet it’s not something new. Have I been here, in this place, looking at this same man?
Do you believe in mysteries? Do you think that maybe we live more that we think? As if our unconscious minds had a different screen in front of them. A reality made of mixed feelings, sensations, vibrations, instead of shapes and forms. Fuzzy images, abstractions, an unconceptual life… do you know what I mean?
Sometimes we are drained into a simple life: no poetry, no sweet pain, no involving secrets. Other times, life, in its all subtlety, reveals itself as magic, great, and so unlimited.
