But I have no doubt that to feel happiness, you have to choose feeling
happy, and how do you do that? You look around and choose to find out
the little, small, forgetabble things that make you feel good. Like
what? A hot shower, breakfast, a text message with "beijinhos!",
tumblring, good health, stretching, falling asleep... ah so many little
tiny things... well, it does ask you some effort! But so does
brushing you teeth, or washing the dishes, or watching the news... it's
an effort that has benefits! Be happy... things really have their way of
working out, so chillax and be positive : )
